What products does Huachuang offer?
We manufacture cationic, anionic, and nonionic polyacrylamide (PAM), as well as polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyferric sulfate (PFS). All products are available in various grades for drinking water, municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
Can I get a free sample for evaluation?
Yes. Huachuang provides free samples (typically 200-500g) for lab or pilot testing. You only cover the express freight, and samples ship within 2 working days.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 metric ton per product. We also support trial orders of smaller quantities (e.g., 500 kg) at a slightly higher unit cost to help you test the market.
How do I select the right ionic charge and molecular weight?
Just share your water/wastewater parameters (pH, suspended solids, COD, sludge type) and our technical team will recommend the optimal PAM grade. We can also run a jar test with your sample.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy), irrevocable L/C at sight, and Western Union for small orders.
How is the product packaged for export?
Standard packing: 25 kg woven bag with inner PE liner. We also offer 500 kg / 1000 kg big bags, or neutral/OEM packaging with your brand label.
What is the typical delivery time?
For stock products, delivery within 7 working days after deposit. For custom grades, 10-15 working days depending on quantity.
Do you have international quality certifications?
Yes. Huachuang is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Our products comply with NSF/ANSI 60 (drinking water treatment chemicals) and REACH regulations. Test certificates can be supplied with each shipment.
